Pitch-to-Production Commercial Package

MW-STUDIOS was commissioned to deliver a complete visual package for a TV commercial, spanning pitch through to production assets. The work covered the initial storyboard used to secure client approval, a refined storyboard used for shoot guidance and continuity, and large-format illustrated backdrops designed for physical installation on set.

We began by producing a pitch storyboard built for clarity and momentum – strong staging, readable action, and a clean narrative progression so stakeholders could approve the concept with confidence. Once greenlit, we refined the storyboard into a practical production tool, tightening shot intent, continuity, and visual cues so it could be used directly during planning and filming.

Alongside the storyboard work, we designed the illustrated backdrop environments to function as production assets. Composition and detail were controlled for on-camera readability, with focal areas planned around likely framing. Final artwork was engineered for large-format print, including scale setup, trims, bleed and safe areas, and tiled output for production. Files were packaged for a smooth handover to print and set build, with iterative adjustments handled against fixed shoot deadlines.
