Expo, POS & Trade Show Design

From concept to contractor pack - layouts, visuals, and specs built for delivery.

MW-STUDIOS designs exhibition stands, brand activation spaces, and point-of-sale environments for consumer brands, luxury brands, and international industry events. The focus is always commercial: stakeholder buy-in, visitor flow, and feasibility. Everything is built to speed up approvals, align teams, and reduce the risk of expensive mistakes during build.

What this work includes
This is end-to-end spatial previs and layout design, developed with real-world constraints in mind. Concepts are designed around modularity and reuse, with brand integration baked into the structure – not pasted on at the end. We map footfall and sightlines, design product display moments, and create signage and wayfinding that makes the space easy to navigate and hard to ignore.
Outputs are production-ready and built for decision-making: isometrics for clarity, photoreal renders for confidence, layout plans for logistics, and technical packs for contractors. The goal is simple – fewer surprises, faster sign-off, and a stand that performs.

Why it works
Events move fast and budgets get burned in the gaps between creative intent and production reality. MW-STUDIOS closes that gap by combining design thinking with production discipline – the visuals persuade stakeholders, and the documentation supports the people building it.
