Case Study 02 / Event Environments
Vision Meets
Virtual.
Previsualisation for a landmark event - helping an ambitious creative proposal feel tangible before production began.
THE PROJECT
Luxury event visualisation for a historic London gallery.
MW-STUDIOS partnered with Ardour & Bow to produce detailed 3D visualisations of a high-end wedding in the Raphael Gallery. The brief was to capture the atmosphere of an opulent celebration - the light on polished silverware, the soft spill of florals and the scale of the room - before a single table was laid.
MODEL TO MOMENT / 01
See it before
it is real.
The comparison makes the value of previsualisation immediate: a working spatial model becomes a convincing, decision-ready image.

THE BRIEF / 02
Atmosphere with a practical purpose.
The work needed to do more than decorate a proposal. It had to help the team judge scale, refine the setting and communicate a shared vision clearly enough for decisions to be made before costly physical production.
THE APPROACH / 03
Crafting atmosphere from model to moment.
The grand room was modelled and textured in Blender, including its architectural detail, tableware, floral arrangements and custom furniture. Cycles rendering and Photoshop post-production shaped the final light, material response and mood.
SELECTED FRAMES / 04
A visual system,
not a single image.
The wider sequence allowed the event planners to review the proposal from multiple viewpoints while maintaining one consistent visual atmosphere.
